Right-of-way Permit Application
Right-of-Way Permit Application must be completed, printed and signed by the property owner or contractor.
This application applies to proposed right-of-way construction of:
- Driveway aprons constructed of concrete
- Sidewalks
- Drainage Culverts (including concrete end walls)
- Utilities
Revocable Encroachment Permit Application
Revocable Encroachment Permit Application must be completed, printed and signed by the PROPERTY OWNER only.
This application applies to proposed right-of-way construction of:
- Driveway aprons constructed of pavers or specialty concrete
- Dumpster enclosures
- Fences
- Landscaping/irrigation
- Parking
All on-line permit applications must be printed, signed by the appropriate party and delivered to the Pub
