The City Clerk is the custodian of the official city records. Pursuant to State Statutes, municipal records are open to the public and may be purchased from the office of the City Clerk at a cost as established by Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes.
Chapter 119 also provides for an additional charge if the nature or volume of the records requested requires extensive research or assistance by the City Clerk’s staff.
While we prefer to receive requests for copies of public records in writing, all requests will be filled regardless of how they are received. Copies of the public records are $0.15 per page.
