Office of the Fire Marshal

Fire Marshal- Captain Steve Sciotto

Captain Sciotto is a 30+ year veteran of the Jacksonville Beach Fire Department and has been Fire Marshal since 2008. The Fire Marshal's Office is responsible for performing inspections, reviewing plans, investigations, educating our residents in preventing fires and more. It is our belief it is both safer and more economical to prevent a fire from occurring than to have to extinguish a fire.
