The tennis courts at South Beach Park will be closed on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Concrete work for sidewalks will be done alongside the tennis courts.

EFFECTIVE: OCTOBER 1, 2013, PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(3)(b)3, ANY CLASSIFICATION OF WORK FOR ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS AND/OR REPAIRS OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-3 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION ONLY) WHERE THE TOTAL COST OF THE WORK DOES NOT EXCEED $5000 WITHIN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS EXEMPT*** FROM FLORIDA BUILDING CODE PERMITTING. ***PERMITS FOR JACKSONVILLE BEACH ZONING REGULATIONS (INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TREE REMOVAL, FENCE, ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, POOLS, ETC.), ELECTRICAL WORK REQUIRING METER DISCONNECTS/SERVICE INTERRUPTION, AND/OR NPDES CROSS CONNECTION ARE MANDATORY.
