Filing a Police Report In order to file a police report for a non-emergency incident which has occurred within the City of Jacksonville Beach, please call the Communications Center at 904-270-1661 as soon as possible. Be advised that certain incidents may require an officer to respond to the scene to observe and document evidence (e.g., traffic crashes, burglaries, etc.). If the incident is minor in nature, citizens may elect to respond to the Police Department at 101 Penman Road, South, to file the police report.
