Right-of-way Permit Application

Right-of-Way Permit Application must be completed, printed and signed by the property owner or contractor. 
This application applies to proposed right-of-way construction of:

• Driveway aprons constructed of concrete
• Sidewalks
• Drainage Culverts (including concrete end walls)
• Utilities

Revocable Encroachment Permit Application

Revocable Encroachment Permit Application must be completed, printed and signed by the PROPERTY OWNER only.
This application applies to proposed right-of-way construction of:

• Driveway aprons constructed of pavers or specialty concrete
• Dumpster enclosures
• Fences
• Landscaping/irrigation
• Parking

All on-line permit applications must be printed, signed by the appropriate party and delivered to the Public Works Department located at 1460-A Shetter Ave., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, for processing.
