COVID-19 Update, Testing Site opening at the Beaches

Hours: Thursday-Saturday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Location: 40 Atlantic Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 (Former Kmart Shopping Center)
Cost: Free
Criteria: At this time, testing at this location is limited to Duval County residents and City of Jacksonville employees. Please be prepared to show proof of residence in Duval County – this can include your driver’s license or utility bill showing name and address, as well as other photo ID. For your appointment, you MUST wear a mask and please bring your own pen. 
Process: We have created alphabetized time slots to reduce waiting times.  We ask that you come in the time slot that matches the first letter of your last name. If you are unable to come during that time, we will still be happy to test you.

  • 7-8 a.m: High Risk Only*
  • ​8-10 a.m.: A-E
  • 9-11 a.m.: F-J
  • 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: K-O
  • 12-2 p.m.: P-T
  • 1-3 p.m.: U-Z

*Age > 65, immunocompromised, underlying medical conditions, health care workers or first responders with symptoms


Results: This location is providing viral COVID-19 swab testing and blood antibody testing. Viral COVID-19 tests will be collected via a throat swab. Antibody testing will be collected via a single vile blood draw. Your COVID-19 or Antibody test specimen will be processed by Quest Diagnostics®.

  • Sign up for MyQuest at QuestDiagnostics.com/MyQuest,or download the MyQuest app.
  • Check your email for a message from Quest. 
  • Click the link to confirm your email address.
  • Log in to your MyQuest account using the username and password that you chose when you signed up.
  • Select the “Verify Your Identity” option. 
  • Accept the Patient Authorization (HIPAA Authorization). 
  • Complete the Identity Verification Process. 

You will receive your Quest Diagnostics test results through your MyQuest account.  If you don’t see your lab results within 7-10 days, email MyQuestSupport@QuestDiagnostics.com. If you have any additional questions, please call (904) 373-5304 to speak with a Telescope Health care coordinator who will be able to explain your results or discuss what to do next.
