Find It All in Jacksonville Beach

The Blues, Jazz, Rock’n Roll, the Pops, and the Movies!

Jacksonville Beach continues its tradition as the entertainment center of Northeast Florida. Spring and Summer are festival and concert season in this city by the sea. Fans of the blues, jazz, classical music, and movies are just a few of the many who are drawn to the nearly weekly events in Jacksonville Beach that offer family entertainment.

Beginning in March, Jacksonville Beach residents and visitors have an opportunity to enjoy some of the best national and regional bands, all with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean serving as the backdrop. Festivals also feature a variety of arts, crafts and children's activities.

Location:  Seawalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza

Whether you want to show off your classic car or you want to admire your neighbor's car, bring your family out and enjoy the Jax Beach Classic Car Cruise.

At 8:30 p.m. (7 p.m. during winter hours) vehicles in the plazas (and anyone else with a classic car) will file out to cruise 1st Street.  Even if you don't have a classic car, come watch as the cruisers show off their rides!

The Seawalk Music Festival celebrates our rich and diverse local resources with local artists, volunteers, and food vendors. This free two-day event is held at the beach at the Seawalk Pavilion located on 1st Street N., just behind Jacksonville Beach City Hall.  Hear some of the best up-and-coming talent from the First Coast, and taste and experience the great offerings from our local vendors and mobile eateries.  Join us for this family-friendly kick-off to summer.

March to Get Screened is our annual 5k event to raise money for colon cancer research, awareness and a cure. Colon cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. Join Better Jacksonville Beach as they present the Jax Beach Art Walk.  This family-friendly event takes place on the second Tuesday of each month from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Bring your family out to see dozens of great local artists, hear local musicians perform, and visit the participating businesses throughout the downtown Jacksonville Beach area.
