Find It All in Jacksonville Beach

The Blues, Jazz, Rock’n Roll, the Pops, and the Movies!

Jacksonville Beach continues its tradition as the entertainment center of Northeast Florida. Spring and Summer are festival and concert season in this city by the sea. Fans of the blues, jazz, classical music, and movies are just a few of the many who are drawn to the nearly weekly events in Jacksonville Beach that offer family entertainment.

Beginning in March, Jacksonville Beach residents and visitors have an opportunity to enjoy some of the best national and regional bands, all with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean serving as the backdrop. Festivals also feature a variety of arts, crafts and children's activities.

Location:  On the beach by the Lifeguard Station

The Seagate Shuffle 5K (formerly known as the San Pablo and Fletcher Middle School Run) benefits San Pablo and Fletcher Middle Schools.  Race begin at 7 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM on the Beach by the Lifeguard Station.

Location:  SeaWalk Pavilion and beach

This event is to raise awareness about colon cancer. It will be held at the Seawalk Pavilion lawn and on the beach. Hours are from 10 AM to 1 PM with a variety of health related booths, face painting and more. The race begins at Noon on the beach, heading north to the Jacksonville Beach Pier. Prizes will be awarded to the top runners, an awards ceremony to be held at Lynch's Irish Pub.

Tuesday, March 13, 2018 -

Location:  Downtown Jacksonville Beach

This family friendly event takes place in front of businesses along 1st St from Beach Blvd north to 5th Ave N.  The Jax Beach Art Walk showcases the talent of great local artists and the businesses in the community.  Many of the participating businesses will have live music and specials throughout the art walk. Join us from 5:00 - 9:00 PM every second Tuesday for the Jax Beach Art Walk.

This is the 3rd year this event has been held. It will have entertainment on the Seawalk Pavilion Stage, with a variety of vendors located throughout the Seawalk Pavilion Lawn and Latham Plaza.

Tuesday, March 20, 2018 -

Location:  SeaWalk Pavilion and Latham Plaza

Classic vehicles are showcased.  At 8:00 p.m. (7:00 during winter hours) vehicles file out to cruise 1st Street.  Even if you don't have a classic car, come watch as the cruisers show off their ride.

Formerly with the Chariots of Fur, this new event will host a variety of pet related vendors along with food vendors. Bring your pets and enjoy a 5K walk on the beach. Please remember all pets must be on a leash and it is up to the owner to clean up after their pets.

The Annual Easter Sunrise Service will take place April 1, 2018 at the Seawalk Pavilion Stage and Lawn. Along with the service they will feature the Grateful Break, a Contemporary Christian Music Group. Come early for a good seat.
