City Council agendas are prepared by the City Manager. The City Council will take action only on those items listed on the agenda. Copies of the agenda are available for the public who attend the Council meetings and are located on a table at the entrance of the Council Chambers.
If you wish to address the Council on a matter of concern to the community, Speaker Request Cards are provided at the entrance to the Council Chamber on a table to the right of the entry doors. Once you complete the card, please submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of the Council meeting.
Speakers will be called upon during Courtesy of the Floor to Visitors, and are allotted a maximum of three minutes to speak on their topic of concern. If the topic you wish to address is on the agenda, you will be called upon when that item is under consideration by the Council.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerk's Office no later than 5 pm, the Friday before a City Council meeting.
