Design of the Downtown Redevelopment Phase 3C Improvements Open House

 The City of Jacksonville Beach invites you to a design presentation of the 90% plans for the Downtown South Infrastructure Redevelopment Phase 3C. 

The project includes replacing the existing water and sewer systems, new storm drainage, curb & gutter, paving alleyways, additional parking and sidewalks, and reconstructing roadways & sidewalks in the portion of the Downtown Community Redevelopment District designated as Phase 3C Projects 4 & 5 of the Downtown Redevelopment Capital Improvement Plan. 

City Staff and representatives from the Engineering Consultants will be available to discuss the plans, answer questions, and take comments.
