Building and Fire Permit Electronic Application Submittals

Building and Fire Permit Application Electronic Submittals ***PAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION ***

To help streamline the application process and decrease the number of visits an applicant needs to make, we are now accepting certain permit applications electronically. However certain blueprints, drawings, site plans, specifications, surveys and/or applicable plan check fees required to complete the review process MUST be submitted in non-electronic (physical) format either in person, postal mail and/or other delivery services.   At this time, payments are accepted in the form of cash, check or money order only.  Checks should be made payable to "City of Jacksonville Beach".

Effective 1/1/2020, Pursuant to Florida Statute 117.05, Notaries are required to indicate whether the instrument was acknowledged via means of physical presence or online notarization. This change is mandatory on all forms, not just those that are electronically notarized. Failure to submit current forms will result in the rejection of your application.
