Land Development Code

The Land Development Code (LDC) for the City of Jacksonville Beach has been adopted to implement the City's Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the Land Development Code is to establish comprehensive and consistent standards, regulations and procedures for the review and approval of all proposed development of land in the City of Jacksonville Beach.  The Land Development Code Consists of thirteen Articles.
