Huguenot offers the following teams and league play:
- Ladies Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 6.5 Combo teams
- Men's Doubles 3.5, 4.0, 7.5 Combo, 8.5 Combo teams
- Mixed Doubles 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 teams
- Senior Men's Teams
