AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 31 “TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLES”, ARTICLE III “STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING”, SECTION 31-36 “MAXIMUM PARKING TIME” TO ADD A PROVISION FOR PARKING ON STATE ROAD A1A; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, SEVERABILITY, SCRIVENER’S ERRORS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
