The proposed Passive Park is located on property owned by the City of Jacksonville Beach and located on the west side of the intersection of South Beach Parkway and Jacksonville Drive. The Southend redevelopment plan identifies this area for a passive neighborhood park. The City is in the process of designing a passive park that would integrate the urban trails project and include native vegetation, seating, informational signage, and water stations.
